Original oil on canvas, 60cm x 90cm. My most recently completed painting, and one of my personal favourites. The hawksbill sea turtle is on the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s Red List, meaning the species faces an extremely high risk of extinction. Their beautiful, colourful shells have made them a target of the illegal shell trade. With every purchase relating to this painting, I shall donate a percentage to the STC (Sea Turtle Conservancy).
